Each Tuesday I’ll be posting my favourite video that I’ve viewed over the past week.

This week’s video reminds me of the start of the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Mr. Potts, Dick Van Dyke’s inventor character, has installed an elaborate system that, amongst other things, serves fried eggs and sausages directly to the table. I want one.

Also, if you can spare 25 minutes, checkout Steve Colbert’s speech in the presence of President George Bush. I can’t believe Colbert’s gets away with what he says. He totally takes the piss and leaves much of the audience mystified. Note that not many people are laughing or clapping a couple of minutes into the speech. Good on the Bush administration for daring to invite Colbert. Whoever proposed inviting Colbert must have been cringing at every word and was probably sacked afterwards. It’s fair to say that Colbert will not ever be invited back to the yearly dinner.
